Carpet Cleaning Process
-
Pre-vacuum with industrial strength vacuum to remove as much dry soil as possible.
-
Pre-condition with prespray to help release any oily soils
-
Clean with hot water extraction using either rotary extraction or wand extraction. (This step thoroughly rinses the carpet of soils and pre-spray. Since we use a high volume of water, it reduces the possibility of resoiling)
-
Spot removal- if there are any spots that are not coming out with the regular pre-spray we use other specialty spotters to remove those spots.
-
Extraction- this is done at the same time as the rinsing. Since we use a truck mounted unit for our cleaning, we can extract a higher percentage of the water and soils as opposed to home units or rental units, thus leaving your carpet cleaner and fresher than you ever thought possible.
-
Final grooming- this step is only done on cut pile carpet to leave that finished look.
Old Style Cleaning
Much of the cleaning power was lost in steam that escaped from the floors surface.
Our New Modern Cleaning
Our new cleaning methods, with either the wand or the rotary extractor, focus the cleaning action where it does the most good.
